Purpose of the Job

To achieve the mission of Isha Foundation, it needs a strong back office system to streamline its operations. The mission of the Technical project manager is to develop a holistic and cohesive set of ERP modules, which will digitize, streamline and scale-up the core operations of the foundation.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to write detailed Functional requirements after understanding Business problems and outcomes.

• We want our PM's to be hands-on by being the first customer/tester of the product

• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.

• Being Data-driven - how to quantify the impact of a process/business through KPIs.

Educational Qualification :  Graduate

Skill Competencies : 

• Experience in Agile methodologies.

• Ability to prioritize aggressively. 

• Identify 80-20 patterns - what is the simplest/cheapest solution which will solve for the 80% of the problem space.

• Ability to bring multiple stakeholders on the same page.

Experience : 7 ~ 10 years
