The program delivery team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join our team. The program delivery team is the heart of Isha Foundation's online program offerings and our truest differentiator in these COVID times. Our team enables amazing online program experiences for our participants. 

The vision of the program delivery team is to enable Isha Foundation to deliver programs through online platforms and empower millions of participants to experience what Sadhguru has to offer. Our team focuses on making online program delivery easier and more mainstream, making participants go through the programs effortlessly.

This experience tester will go deep into the needs of our program delivery and support the participant care team – as they onboard and support the participants in their end-to-end journey. From designing simple test plans to creating roadmaps to deliver impact quickly, this tester will be responsible for visioning, creating, testing, and launching valuable experiences for our participants on the program delivery platform.

Test Engineer Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement functionality testing for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and the service of mobile applications

• Design test plans for new features and regression test cases

• Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks

• Help implement test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive

• Debug failed test cases by analyzing logs and API responses and reporting bugs with details. Then follow-up on bugs to closure

Test Engineer Requirements :

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.

• Five years of testing experience within mobile-based applications and/or backend service applications.

• Holistic knowledge of iOS/Android fundamentals.

• Excellent problems solving and troubleshooting skills, a cross-functional coordinator with global teams.

• Strong passion for mobile internet and building next-generation mobile applications, can take full responsibility for service end-to-end quality assurance.

• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
