Job Responsibilities :

• Manage & Maintain all existing IT infrastructure including IT hardware, GSuite, End Point OS Windows, Linux etc., IT networks etc...

• Should drive the Regular project workstream calls

• Manage Technical Teams & related Budgets (Technical)

• Tracking status of Projects / Program deliverables and milestones

• IT Security Audit, fixing & Mitigation of Findings.

• Technical evaluation & New IT Infra Products Implementation.

• License Management & Compliance

• Hardware Inventory Management.

• IT - Network / Security Vendor Management

• Handle Escalation related to IT Infrastructure

• Detailed Technical and Administrative skills

• IT End User Systems and IT Security

• Manage and Maintain End User systems such as Laptop, Desktop, iPad, Mac systems.

• Maintain Asset inventory and conduct regular audits.

• Managerial experience on Endpoint security in all the end user devices.

• Should have an understanding of current security trends in terms of Application and critical data security.

• Should have good knowledge on SIEM Tool.

• Manage the Cyber Security Vendors and Team for VAPT and ensure IT Security for the organization.

• Exposure on Google Workspace, exposure on Email marketing platforms such as Sendgrid.

• Audio / Video Platforms & Live Streaming

• Should have exposure on Live Streaming technologies and softwares such as OBS, VMix or equivalent. Exposure to Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx is an added advantage.

• Should have exposure on working on Online Live Streaming Platforms.

• Experience in handling Digital Media related Technology.

• IT – Networking

• Good understanding of Network Design and Fibre optic networks. Experience on designing resilient networks are preferable.

• Understanding of Layer2, Layer3 Switches, Routers and Firewall. Working experience is preferable. Understanding of NAC and Wi-Fi network operations.

• Understanding of CCTV networks.

Educational Qualification : Diploma/UG/PG degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent degree from a reputed Institution

Skill Competencies : 

• Should have a desire for Technology or bringing in New Technology in any domain.

• Organisational alignment. Preferable if candidate has done Isha programs.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to Work with all the internal team leads to arrive at  solutions.

• Ability to drive Technical Team for Technical Service Delivery.

• Having exposure on Technical delivery of Events through Live Streaming.

Experience : 8-15 years of experience in Managing IT Infrastructure and IT Operation
