• Manages department objectives by planning, evaluating, and leading department activities, and overseeing a team of volunteers. 

• Develops and implements personal growth opportunities for team members. 

• Sets job expectations, monitors performance, and provides feedback to team members. 

• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards to ensure efficient department operations.
