Purpose of the Job

To drive and sustain product growth.


Job Responsibilities

  • Create and evolve product vision based on the users’ feedback, pain points, and outcomes

  • Validate concepts, and content, designs and prototypes with stakeholders to ensure our products deliver high value to the users

  • Have a user-centric mindset in all decisions related to the product

  • Define value proposition - Product positioning and messaging across all touchpoints 

  • Drive revenue generation, user retention, and product growth and responsible for targets

  • Understanding and representing user needs in product roadmaps.

  • Monitoring the market and developing a competitive landscape.

  • Align stakeholders around the vision of the product and prioritize features that meet user needs and expectations

  • Execute the operations of the product with the help of the operational team and  stakeholders

  • Work to reduce and manage support requests through product enhancement


Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree


Skill Competencies : 

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the space of consumer apps.

  • Should have experience with driving key product KPIs (user growth or revenue growth)

  • Experience in handling the complete lifecycle of the product

  • Proven track record in innovating, developing, and managing consumer-facing products

  • Experience managing a multi-functional team of UX, product, operations, engineering, and marketing


Experience : 7 ~ 10 years
